Lender Direct Capital Corporation is currently seeking Mortgage agents to source business with the primary focus being commercial and privately funded mortgages. Lender Direct will provide the funding sources.

The successful candidate's mandate will be to generate new relationships with mortgage brokers and referral sources.

Responsibilities will include:

Develop existing business and prospect for new business
Participating in developing new marketing and sales strategies for Lender Direct Capital Corporation
Keeps up with latest industry knowledge
The successful candidate will have: A minimum of 3 years mortgage experience

Must be either enrolled in or successful completed the mortgage agent/brokers education course
Knowledge of the A through C mortgage business (required)
Demonstrated sales skills and personal traits. Self motivated with excellent communications skills
PC proficient
A strong understanding of residential/commercial mortgage products
Ability to build relationships with external customers
Exceptional telephone skills
A polished, sophisticated, corporate manner

Effective listening skills and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Excellent time management skills
Valid driver's license and a vehicle
